Check In/Pickup Location Details

  • Shinjuku Station is a very large and busy station with many exits. Please give yourself enough time to make your way to the check-in location.
    By foot:
    - Around a 10-minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station. Closest exit is Shinjuku Station West Exit.
    - Around a 5-minute walk from Tocho-mae Station.

Restrictions

  • Infants (ages 0-2) may join for free but will not have a separate bus seat or meal. If a seat or meal is needed, please book them as a child (ages 3-5).

Additional Notes

  • The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
  • A Japanese-speaking staff will be on board with a video translation service or with a pocket translation device for English and Chinese. On the day of your tour, a brochure in English or Chinese will also be distributed.
  • Depending on the number of participants, a minivan or a car may be used instead of a bus.
  • Seats on the tour bus cannot be selected prior to the tour. Please understand that you may be seated separately from your group.
  • In case of cancellations due to typhoon, snow or dangerous weather conditions, you will be notified a day before the departure by e-mail.
  • If Mt. Fuji cannot be seen due to bad weather, the tour will not be cancelled and refunds will not be issued.
  • Mt. Fuji Fifth Station will be closed from December to March. During these months the schedule will be changed to snow playing at Mt. Fuji Second Station.
  • If the Fuji Subaru Line is not accessible due to the weather, you will be visiting the Mt. Fuji World Heritage Center instead.
  • If the Hakone Pirate Ship cruise is not operating due to the weather, you will be visiting the Hakone Sekisho instead.
